SunWork volunteers participate in an online orientation session providing training on the basics of solar, electricity, and construction. Afterwards, you are eligible to volunteer for solar installations in the San Francisco Bay Area and California Central Coast, working together with SunWork's professional staff, attaching racking, running conduit, hanging inverters, and mounting the solar panels. Every that makes a system tick.

The training will also highlight the installation of heat pump water heaters as an additional optional volunteer opportunity.
